Accounts Associate -Global AP
Location: India, Bangalore
- Experience in Accounting of travel invoices.
- Basic knowledge on direct and indirect taxes.
- To ensure all the deadlines are met.
- Ability to understand the current process in depth and helping in improving the process
- 3+ years of experience in travel accounting;
- Preparation of payment file.
- Analysis of payable ageing.
- Experience in T&E audit is added advantage
- Ensures documents justification completeness and correctness (no fake documents), and compliance of the claims regarding T&E policy and local tax regulations before payment
- Escalate non conformities following T&E policy and non-compliance resolution policy. Follow-up of the incidences until the resolution.
- Experience in preparation of files for travel billing.
- Accounting software like Tally ERP 9, SAP and others
- Must have a graduate degree in Accountancy, or similar course
- Excellent English skills verbal and writing
- Experience of Concur T&E system and Oracle is desirable
- Excellent English skills verbal and writing
