Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE
To provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer and client expectations to achieve student invoice target by intake and assigned destination Support execution of the destination wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake. Build strong client support through 100% compliance of application processes. Be a productive and effective member of office team and support OM through exhibiting a collaborative operating style thereby building team spirit.

The position is required for the working on all Finance and Accounts related jobs in the function. Detailed description of activities is as below -

Responsibilities
The position is required for the working on all Finance and Accounts related jobs in the function. Detailed description of activities is as below -
Key Responsibilities -
- GL reconciliation – Monthly updating of General Ledger and month close activities. Hands on experience on financial period closing key activities - Accounts Payable in particular.
- Bank reconciliation – Reconciliation of Bank accounts on monthly basis or at any earlier frequency as may be warranted.
- Reconciliation of revenue & expense – Issuance of Revenue invoices, its entry in ERP systems and reconciliation with receipt of funds.
- Booking of A/c entries in the software –It is preferable that candidate has worked on any module especially Accounts Payable (AP) module of ERP system like Oracle11i EBS, SAP, JD Edwards etc
- Payment processing - Checking of supporting documents with payment voucher like Petty cash expenses, Marketing bills and other establishment related expenses.
- FAR (Fixed Asset Register) maintenance
- Reporting for Monthly closure as per schedule from Corporate office.
- Working experience on WHT/ GST related regulations / compliances like Returns, Payment challans etc.
- 2-3 years of experience in Mid-Sized Indian or Multi-National Company
- Educated to degree level or equivalent / CA Inter
- Sound Knowledge of accounts processes
- Analytical skills – able to interpret and present data effectively.
- Good working knowledge on software & spreadsheets- MUST
- Ability to deliver within deadlines
