Job Description
Looking for Executive Finance & Accounts with 2 to 5 Years of experience, Location Bangalore Will be responsible for Day to Day accounting till finalization of accounts - Should be well versed with Income Tax, Service Tax, VAT. - Investigating and dealing with Financial Irregularities. Preparing MIS Reports & Balance Sheet of the company & Income Tax/ TDS Return of the Company & filing with Income Tax Authority as per the designated time. - Liaisoning with Sale Tax office, Profession Tax, Central Excise, Labour Department, Provident Fund and Other Government Departments Preparation, Submission and e-filing of VAT Report Central Excise returns, Service tax return, CCE (Explosive) return etc. - Looking after taxation parts like VAT, Service Tax, Retention Money, WCT. - Reviewing the company's systems and analyzing risk. - Guideline to the accountants. - Finalization of the accounts. - Communication with bank for solvency, CC Limits etc and also with government department.
