Job Description
- Daily morning checking on the bank balance of the company
- Preparing the invoice for the Bankers and sending them
- Following up on the payments that the bankers need to do and collecting them
- All the Tally work in the software
- Issuing the salary for the employees in the beginning of the month
- Paying the Telephone bills regularly
- Paying the amount for the third party companies
- Payment for the Freelancers are been carried out by the Accountant
- Depositing the cheque in the bank and collecting the amount from them
- Paying the Electricity bill for the company without fail
- Paying the rent for the office space
- GST process and filing the documents
- Carrying out TDS process and following it correctly
