Job Description:

•  PO: Creating PO for every order before raising sales invoice for the bookings.
  
• Sales Invoice: Collect all required billing details and raise the invoice)
  
• Generating E-Sugam: Generate e-Sugam for required an applicable bill)
  
• Purchase Invoice (making sure to pass the entry of purchase bills as soon as received)
  
• VAT Entries:  to pass all the VAT entries as per the turnover, making sure to pass URD entries & sending patch file for paying VAT)
  
• Expenses booking: to pass all the expenditure entries on daily basis and take print out and file the same day)
  
• BRS :( prepare BRS as per the format provided on weekly basis and take the print and file the same)
  
• Voucher filing: To make sure all voucher (Sales/Purchase/receipt/expenses vouchers and any other) to take the print out and file the same on same day)
  
• Original Bills collection: (All original bills are collected within the 1 week from date of billing from vendor a file the same)
  
• Maintenance of Bank Statements: to make sure to maintain a separate file for bank statement)
  
• Cash Book updating: to pass all receipt and expenses entry on daily basis in the cash book and take the print out and file the same on daily basis)
  
• Making Payments: Paying vendors as per billing cycle)
  
• Ledger clearing: Making sure to clear all ledgers as when required for better maintaining of books)
  
• Payments Follow-up: Following up with customers for on-time payments
