Job Desciption:
- Must be B.Com Graduate.
- Should have knowledge on Credit note, debit note functions .
- Should be of Pleasing Personality.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.
- Should have expert knowledge of Tally, MS word and MS Excel.
- Making direct Tally Entries
- Booking/Managing expenses for company and office staff
- Monitoring of accounting transactions across Region
- Expense monitoring and control
- TDS queries and coordination
- Review of Bank Reconciliation
- Handling daily cash transactions & Accounting.
- Handling Service tax bills, TDS , VAT.
- Authorization to Check all the invoices.
- Bill verification, Follow-ups.
- Active involvement in internal & external audits.
- Updating of weekly bank details, reconciliations.
- Making payments to respective parties on the due dates.
