Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Executive who will handle the entire process of Revenue to Accounts Receivable for the company. In this position, you will work with our Finance team to maintain our company's financial health and increase profitability in the long run.

- Be responsible for accurate reporting of revenues and account receivables in books
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner
- Organize records of invoices, bills, advances and deposits
- Maintain records of pending payments for all customers
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly revenue and AR reports for income segregated by category
- Prepare periodic revenue forecast reports
- Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection process that comply with the law
- Assist in the account reconciliations, reporting, and annual audit when needed
- Qualification: M. com/CA/ICWA with 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience
- Proven work experience as an Revenue or Accounts Receivable executive
- Hands-on experience with accounting software, Preferably Zoho Books
- Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel
- Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports
- Ability to accurately process numerical data
- Team management and negotiation skills
