- Review of Credit Limits on the accounts as per the define timeline and requirement
- Update Credit Limit in ERP as per the approvals from AVON Stakeholders
- Collaboration with different parties for resolution on customers disputes/queries
- Preparing Collection Reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis and publishing to all relevant stakeholders
- Communicate with internal and external customers in efficient and effective manner
