Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to perform daily accounting tasks. Accounts Executive responsibilities include managing Payables and reimbursements, entering financial transactions, creating invoices, and collection. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Must have good work experience in Tally ERP 9
- Billing & Invoicing
- Payables Management
- Bank Reconciliation
- Debit Note/Credit Note
- Import/Export Documentation
- Customer Correspondence
- Banking Correspondence
- Sound knowledge in MS Excel and word
- Must have own two wheeler
