JD for Accounts excutive:

• The candidate should be at least Commerce Graduate with relevant experience at the executive level.
  
• Should be well versed with Tally, Excel and should have working knowledge of TDS, GST, PF ESIC And PT.
  

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements on a daily basis.
  
• Ordering and accounting of inventory purchased from Vendors and maintaining the same in an excel spreadsheet separately.
  
• Accounting the bills from service providers and ensuring deduction of tax at source appropriately.
  
• Accounting of sales generated for a month on a daily basis by extraction of reports from the billing software.
  
• Payroll Accounting.
  
• Monitoring daily cash receipts and ensuring the same is deposited into the bank.
  
• Tracking credit card swipes and ensuring settlements happen the next day.
  
• Computation and remittance of TDS and Service Tax before the respective due dates.
  
• Monthly remittance of Professional Tax, PF and ESI dues before the respective due dates.
  
• Preparation of monthly MIS reports and sharing the same with the management.
  
• Monitoring fund availability on a regular basis.
  
• Ensure proper filing of all invoices / receipts from vendors and service providers.
  
• Ensure proper filing of all Company related statutory documents such as PAN Card, Service Tax Registration certificates, MOA, AOA etc.
  
• Coordinating with the statutory auditors for completion of audit.   
  
• Salary:INR 1,25,000 - 2,25,000 P.A.
