The Role involves multi-tasking in various functions of Accounts in a Manufacturing Organization:

· Book invoices regarding material & services on timely basis as per budget & cost centre.

· Checking of invoices for excise, service tax & vat compliance.
· Liaisoning with users & vendors for resolving documentation & tax related discrepancy.
· Maintain Fixed Asset Register in SAP & in Excel.
Ledger Reconciliation.
· To check stock Periodically.
· Prepare monthly provision for expense bills.
· Assist in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit.
· Follow up with user Department for bill against advance settlement.
· Follow up for Pending GRIR & pending bills at the end of month from user department for booking.
· Handled the S. Tax Audit location wise.
· Handled the Statutory Audit for Fixed Asset.
CST Refund Claim.
