Job Description
- Reconciliation with vendors
- Payment of Airlines, Hotels and BSP as per schedule
- Bank Reconciliation
- Filing of Return TDS, GST
- Responsible for daily Accounting Entries and Monthly accounting processes
- Assistance in Finalization of books of accounts and support in Annual Audit
- Preparation of periodic MIS reports
- Bills receivable and bill payable
- Ledger and journal entries Documentation
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handling Accounts on Daily basis
- Maintaining records of Sale and Purchase
- Payment
- Bank Statement reconciliation
- Statutory Filing - TDS, GST
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Should have good knowledge in taxation, GST, Accounting & other legal matters pertaining to company
- Experience in Travel industry is compulsory
- Knowledge of Sales, Purchase Entries in Tally
- Fluent in Microsoft Office
- Should have good communication & computer skills
- Must be interested in a long term employment
- Minimum 2 Yrs of experience as Accountant in Travel industry
