About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Creating sale invoices, purchase orders, and updating purchase bill in Tally and QuickBooks
2. Maintaining expense report of site, office expense and attendance record
3. Taking follow ups from client or vendor through email & call using payroll software
4. Work on day-to-day telephonic follow-ups and interaction with existing and new clients
5. Handle front office activities and other day-to-day routine work of the office administration, etc.
6. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and telephone conferences
7. Report about the day-to-day progress and provide administrative services to the management
