Job Description
1. Assisting in the collection
2. Maintaining journal and general ledger entries
3. Coordinating with the accounting officer during audits and annual forecasting
4. Undertaking data entries and balance sheet reconciliation
5. Maintaining accurate and detailed inventory records
6. Using accounting software (Tally) when performing accounting duties such as generating financial reports.
7. Assisting the payment processing team in undertaking credit checks
8. Ensuring completion of assigned tasks as per the timeline provided
9. Preparing and verifying expense reports and statements

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
2. Basic knowledge of accounting principles, and laws
3. Excellent mathematical skills
4. Familiarity with accounting software like Tally
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
8. Good multitasking and organizational skills
9. Willingness to learn new concepts
10. Ability to work under pressure
