Job Description
1. Calculating, posting business transactions, processing invoices, verifying financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and providing other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
2. Reviewing invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval
3. Verifying and calculating all extensions and totals on invoices (calculating and taking discounts when applicable)
4. Checking vendor files for any previous payments and assigning voucher numbers
5. Preparing vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amount, and coding as per accounting policies and procedures
6. Filing GST returns, waybills, etc.,
7. Preparing expense statements as well as financial reports of the projects as per requirements

2. can start the part time job/internship between 12th Apr'21 and 17th May'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

1. Must have primary knowledge of sales bills, purchase bills, data entry, banking transactions, taxation, e-filling, etc.
2. Must have excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
3. Must have hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software
4. Must have knowledge of Tally/Zoho/Busy
5. Candidates having knowledge of Zoho would have an advantage
6. Must have a B.Com or equivalent degree
7. Must preferably have 1-2 years of experience working in accounts receivable
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
