Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Prepare journal, receipts, and payment bank voucher & posting the same on Tally
2. Work on maintaining day-to-day accounting on Tally
3. Work on preparing the salary of staff
4. Maintain employee expense claim form with expense reimbursement
5. Prepare computation of TDS and service tax/VAT/GST (whatever is applicable) & filling challans
6. Work on the return filing of professional tax & service tax/VAT/GST (whatever is applicable)
7. Maintain the track of payments to vendors, contractors & suppliers
8. Track payments and follow-ups of monthly bills, utility bills, insurance payments
10. Work on petty cash management and cash reimbursements
11. Prepare invoices, review them with the concerned person, and send them to the clients
