Job Description

About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling the accounting work from daily vouchers to finalization up to the balance sheet
2. Working on managing bank reconciliation, sales & purchase entry
3. Working on Tally, GST, TDS, statutory returns & audit
4. Working on handling the salary of the staff
5. Working on managing the updated accounting details in the system, resolved discrepancies, and generated standardized monthly reports
6. Working on party ledger reconciliation & preparing journal entries, account analysis, and maintaining supporting documents
7. Researching billing entries for 400+ clients and performing reconciliation
8. Preparing GST details of sales and purchase computation and payment of staff salaries every month
9. Working on managing cash disbursement and filing of cash payable data & coordinating with CA for internal and external audit
10. Working on managing the purchase invoice from vendors
