The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Pass journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
2. Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
3. Update accounts payable and performs reconciliation
4. Assist in processing all financial statements and preparing MIS reports for the management
5. Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc., as assigned
6. Analyze financial statements and prepare balance sheets
7. Perform related tasks as assigned
