Job Description
- Overall holding on accounts department by complying all legal formalities and prompt reply, Taxation matters (Service tax, Income tax, TDS, GST etc.)
- Guide to subordinates in day to day operation, Ledger Scrutiny, Settlement of accounts, Hold on Recovery,
- keep the books clean which shows actual position of the company on daily basis, timely
- Finalization of balance sheets of all group companies, timely filling of Income tax, service tax, TDS, GST, ROC returns of all group companies.
- Well known about the compliance and rules of ROC and companies act,2013.
