- Review and verify invoices and check requests
- Enter and upload invoices into system
- Processing of Invoices, credit notes and advance.
- Creation of PO and GRN
- Track expenses and process expense reports
- Prepare and process electronic payments
- Prepare and perform check runs
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Produce monthly, weekly and ADHOC reports
- Assist with month end closing
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Qualification and Experience -1 year
- BCOM and BBM/BBA
- Knowledge of accounts payable procedures
- Knowledge of Oracle/ ERP
- in data entry and management (Mandatory)
- Should be comfortable to work in Rotational Shifts.
