What This Job Involves-

Responsibilities-

Issue invoices / credit notes to customers as per the request from the business line.
Daily Cash Application.
Day to day maintenance of general mailbox for remittances.
Follow process documentation while applying cash.
Prepares Bank reconciliations for business line.
System driven report needs to be sent to business line in regular interval.
Update process documents and capture the exceptions while processing as and when required.
Undertaking month end closing activates and reports.
Process backup reports after data entry.
Perform other duties assigned as and when required i.e. process improvement initiatives, system implementation and ad-hoc projects

Requirements-

Ability Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification.
Shift timings- 5-30 pm IST – 02-30 am IST.
Preferably, 0-3 years of working experience in AR in MNC.
Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Team player and yet able to work independently
