Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller Jobs Opening in Red Road Health Solutions Private Limited at Koramangala, Bangalore

Contact - responsibilities include:

Ø  Analyze claims which are unpaid and takes end to end action based on the denial received.

Ø  Call insurance and check for the reason why the claim was denied/rejected and make changes necessarily.

Ø  Generates reports to distinguish the collectable and non-collectables.

Ø  Checks status for the claims which have been recently submitted.

Ø  Documents notes based on the conversation with the insurance rep and updated provider office if any new issues are found.

Ø  Need to appeal the claim in portal (or) through call so the claim could get paid.

Ø  Need to have strong knowledge how an RCM works.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ø  The primary task is to call insurance to check the status of the claims, especially on the one’s which denied has to be taken action.

Ø  The secondary task is to make the insurance to pay for the claim.

Ø  Must be efficient in managing the accuracy and productivity based on the TAT(turn around time) set by the organization.

Ø  He/She must show the willingness to learn new things.

Ø  Must be able to work in a team environment.

Ø  Must discuss every matter with the supervisor or team leader to get any issue sorted.

Ø  Giving a resolution to each claim assigned should be their whole and sole responsibility, unless escalated/Completed.

Ø  Must efficiently set goals and work, so to maintain highest level of quality while providing service to the clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ø  Any Degree with minimum of 1(or) 2yr of experience in AR calling

Ø  Should be willing to work in night shift as per the company requirements.

Ø  Basic Excel knowledge and strong writing and oral communication skills.

Ø  Preference will be given to healthcare BPO professionals with experience in voice processes, good typing and interpersonal skills, along with a good overall performance track record.

Ø  Must be willing to take on additional job.
