Job Description
· Business Development in existing market.
· Well capable to explore new Markets with Customer Relationship, market research.
· Increase the sales and engagement at delaerships after they have been onboarded.
· Act as a single point of contact/ support for the dealers and resolve product issues, delivery, service,etc. on day to day basis.
· Coordinate with HO to ensure activations and sales engagements are being conducted on the ground and yielding results.
· Train Dealers manpower to be self sufficient to engage in sales activities.
· Build relationships at the local level with key stakeholders like unions, panchayats, NGOs that willdriover ERickshaw sales.
· Identify various marketing activities, lead generation, plan activities to be done by either thecompany or the dealer.
· Ensure the dealer is meeting the base and extended targets for vehicle sales every month.
· New Market Entry & fresh appointment of Sub Dealers in the assigned markets.
· Should be willing to work hard and learn and grow with the company.
