Job Description
Looking to form a team of field and in office sales executive both males and females.
- Good command over english and communication skills and convincing /selling skills required.
- Selling skills will come over time on the job if you are fresher/trainee
- We require candidates both freshers as well as experienced in selling ad space in the magazine.
- Connect with Fortune 500 companies on phone or email
- Set up appointment and meet with them in their office
- Maintaining a high call volume in order to ensure we connect the right companies (companies list will be given) and follow up with them on a regular basis till a deal is cracked
- Utilizing email marketing newsletter views and clicks to follow up with the lead.
- Offering best prices to potential leads and negotiating around it
- Closing the deal and taking the commission cheque
- Good benefits and commission percentage provided to right candidates.
- Good work atmosphere with some free time to think and implement own strategies.
- Travel might be required but not mandatory.
- Focus on local clients if not possible to travel.
- Travel expenses will be provided all over India after a first successful month of successful positive sales generated.
