Ad Sales Partner - Bangalore
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Role :
- The Advertisement Sales Partners will be a strategic thought partner for sales marketing and would be responsible for coordination between sales, tech and demand teams to understand the requirements & changes for the advertisement product at Udaan platform.
Responsibilities :
- Handles all the business’s advertising campaigns from their conceptualization to their completion
- Identifying, prioritizing, and closing new consumers in order to meet the business’s ad sales revenue and profit targets
- Ensuring the attainment of new business by employing strategic advertising techniques
- Promote the business/product/service through active representation in industry events, seminars, trade shows, workshops, and meetings with current and potential customers
- Promotes the success of ad sales initiatives through the latest advertising trends and industry best practices, which keeps the business at par with the competition
- Effectively manages the business’s ad sales pipeline and develops a strategy for the long-term sustained success of the ad sales
- Lead the planning, developing, and evaluating new consumer-driven advertising initiatives on a consistent basis, in order to guarantee consumer satisfaction
- Creates and continuously improves advertising sales materials, documentation, presentations as well as all of the business’s products
- Use Research and Analytics for new advertising approaches that will lead to the capture of new markets
- Conducts weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual sales pipeline management and forecasting
- Maintaining excellent relationships with consumers, external partners, and collaborating teams
Basic Qualifications/Requirements :
- Graduate degree with 3-4 years of experience / Master’s degree with 1-3 years of experience from Tier 1 institutes
- Experience in marketing / Ad sales would be an added advantage
- Capable of thinking on your feet problem-solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have positive and professional verbal and written communication skills and maintain excellent interpersonal skills.
