All India Institute of Medical Sciences Kalyani (AIIMS Kalyani) invites application for the position Additional Professor
Numbers of Vacancy: 22
Essential for medical candidates: A medical Qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (Persons possessing qualifications included in part II of third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in section 13(3) of the Act.). A post graduate qualification e.g.MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject. AND/OR. M.Ch. for surgical Superspecialities and D.M. for Medical Superspecialities (2 years or 3 years or 5 years recognized course) or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
Experience: Ten years teaching and/or research experience in recognized Institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D. /M.S. or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
Essential for Superspeciality disciplines: Same as Professor (Medical), D.M. in the respective discipline/subject for medical superspecialities and M.Ch. in the respective discipline/subject for surgical superspecialities (2 years or 3 years or 5 years recognized course) or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
Experience: Eight years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of D.M./M.Ch. (2 years or 5 years recognized course after MBBS) in the respective discipline/subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto. OR Seven years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of speciality for the candidates possessing 3 years recognized degree of D.M. / M.Ch. in the respective discipline/subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
Essential for non-medical candidates: Postgraduate qualification e.g. Master degree in the discipline/allied subject. A Doctorate degree of a recognized University in concerned discipline.
Experience: Ten years teaching and/or research experience in the discipline/subject concerned after obtaining the Doctorate degree.
Pay Scale: - Level 13-A2+ of the Pay Matrix as given in the MoH&FW (INI-ISection), GoI Letter No.V-16020/28/2017-INI-I (Pt.), dated 23rd August, 2018 i.e., Minimum Pay of Rs.1,48,200/- (Plus NPA for medically qualified candidates only) Rs.37,400-67,000+AGP Rs.9,500/- (6th CPC)
Age Limit: Not exceeding 58 (Fifty-Eight) years as on the last date of the receipt of the online application i.e., 30 days from the date of the publication of this advertisement in Employment News/Rojgar Samachar.
