Qualification :
A. Officers of the Central Government / State Governments /
UTs / PSUs / Autonomous / Semi government / Statutory Organizations and
National Level Cooperative Federations holding analogous post on regular basis,
with Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture / Agricultural Economics / Economics /
Commerce or Masters in Business Administration (Regular ) or Two years full
time PGDM - In Marketing / Foreign Trade / Personnel Management / Cooperation from
a recognized university having 20 years of experience with minimum three years’
service in the grade rendered after appointment on regular basis in L-13 of pay
matrix (above Director Level) or
equivalent pay band / grade. Deputation or Absorption basis. Deputation period
shall initially be for three years period.
B. Applicants from Private Sector - Masters in Business
Administration (Regular) or Two years full time PGDM - In Marketing / Foreign
Trade / Personnel Management / Cooperation from Institute of repute recognized
by AICTE with strong academics having 20 years of experience with minimum 10
years in a very senior position dealing in Procurement / Sale / Import / Export
of Agricultural commodities in any Business Organizations of repute having minimum
turnover of Rs. 2000 crore per annum dealing in agricultural commodities during
the tenure
Desired Qualification : Diploma
in Cooperation from a recognized Institution.
Pay Scale : Rs. 131100-216600 (Level-13A) of Central Govt.

Age Limit : Maximum age limit 52 years on the date of

from a recognized university having 17 years of experience with minimum three
years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment on regular basis in L-12
of pay matrix at Director Level or equivalent pay band / grade. Deputation or
Absorption basis. Deputation period shall initially be for three years period.
