Hiring for inbound tech support fixed salary upto 25K

Salary on time on the 1st of the month.

Designation: Sales Associates

Candidates need to handle inbound calls and troubleshoot issues on laptops and desktops.

Candidates needs to understand the problem of the customer’s computer and give a resolution and also convince the customer to pay to get the computer fixed.

Candidate Profile:

Candidates needs to be convincing and communicative in English

Candidates needs to know how to take remote access

Candidates needs to know how to pitch the price for the payment

Candidates needs to know how to close their own calls

Candidates needs to have Exp in Tech Support

Candidates needs to be flexible
