Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates include:
 To ensure manpower recruitment as per the budget for unit in coordination with respective HODs & Unit head.
 Ensure complete induction and orientation of new employees (e.g. Induction, Documentation, Biometric). 
 To maintain personal files of all employees at unit level. 
 To fabricate / follow up with HOD for any letters in relation to an employee.
 Ensure enforcement of all HR policies, processes and procedures at unit level in guidance from head office HR dept. 
 To prepare attendance & leave balance record for payroll inputs for respective unit. 
 To conduct employee engagement programs (e.g. Star of the month, Unit anniversary, etc.) 
 To send daily employee tracker (DET) to HR department on a daily basis. 
 Ensure seamless exit for left employees and coordinate Head office for their FNF settlements.
 To coordinate with the Head office HR dept. for all departmental requirements at the unit. 
 To arrange travel, accommodation for visiting employees / guests / delegates.
 To display compliance related documents on notice board. 
 To maintain Wages register, Attendance register and any other statutory registers as per local government body requirements.
 Supply & Control of Stationary, Stationary Inventory & Ordering, Stationary Receipt, Stationary Invoice Checking & Forwarding.
 To send the requirement report of uniforms, ID cards, Name tags for unit employees to HO. And maintain uniform stocks at unit. Any other activities that the Management may decide from time to time.
