Position: Admin and Operations - Asst. Manager
Education: Any Graduation
Experience: 3-5 years
Location: Pune
Job Description :
- Acting as info-hub for providing administration related information and supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, courier, housekeeping, Parking etc.
- Should Handle Monthly Invoices, expenses and billing cycles.
- Take care of Hotel and flight bookings
- Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees.
- Specialization in handling back office operations, inter-office correspondence, quotations, monthly billing, Payments, cheques etc.,
- Should handle the office Administration, housekeeping & Security.
- Maintaining relationships with the clients and department heads and resolve queries with in short notice
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to execution of operational activities
- Will be responsible for the partnership with Vendor partners like diagnostic centers, wellness partners, hospitals
