  • Job Description:
  • Desktop/Laptop Admin - all the systems should be working fine, helping employees if they have any system issues, maintaining the instruction book and updating it. 
  • Co-ordinating with the Vendor. 
  • Regular check with AMC, renewal, negotiating, maintaining record of the number of visits and the reasons for the visit
  • Having track of AMC’s for UPS and Batteries – Maintain record of the number of visits and the reasons for the visit. Frequently check the battery if it is working fine, keeping the area clean, keep a record of the sockets connected to UPS
  • Maintenance of Grocery stock at Office (make sure there is no shortage, maintain an inventory, buy things as and when required with appropriate approval)
  • Maintenance of stationary stock at Office - maintain inventory and log as and when people take things from stationary
  • Support content team for purchasing any training materials if required and coordinate with vendors to repair training materials
  • Ensuring good condition of office fixtures, furniture and space, identifying vendors to fix if there is any issue
  • Declaring yearly Holiday list after approval, sharing with employees and publishing on the notice board
