Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
Organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software
Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Provide general support to clients & customers
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Design marketing materials - using canvas & other designing platforms

Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Manage workflow by completing daily assigned tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries
0-1 year experience
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, in particular),Google doc & Google forms
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills & planning skills with the ability to multitask
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Proficient in Canva & online designing software
Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
The high degree of attention to detail
Associate’s Degree in a related field.
