Admin Assistant/ Purchase/ Stores Assistant recruitment in  International Centre for Theoretical Sciences (ICTS-TIFR)

1. Admin Assistant/  03Posts

Qualification: Graduate with a minimum of 50% marks.Knowledge of typing and use of personal computers and applications.1 year of experience in Administrative matters and correspondence in large and reputed organization.

Desirable: Graduate in Science/ Engineering/ English literature. Proficient in computer skills (like MS Office, Spreadsheets, Google docs etc.) and with excellent interpersonal skills.Proficient in oral and written communication in English.

2. Purchase/ Stores Assistant/  02Posts

Qualification: Graduate with a minimum of 50% marks.Knowledge of typing and use of personal computers and applications. 1 year of experience in purchase & stores section in large and reputed organization.

Desirable: Graduation degree in Commerce. Knowledge of GFR, Government e-procurement, Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and other Government purchase and stores rules and regulations. Knowledge and experience in ERP.Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management. Proficient in oral and written communication in English.

Salary: Rs. 29,500/ month (Consolidated).

Tenure: ​These are temporary, fixed tenure post. ​Initial appointment will be for six months which may be extended upto 1 year maximum depending upon the individual’s performance and the requirements of the Centre. Selected candidate will be required to join immediately.

Upper Age Limit: ​28 years (as on 1st Jan. 2019).
