Job Description
- Maintaining A Healthy Relationship With Existing Customers.
- Providing Sales And Administrative Support To The Sales Team.
- Supporting The Sales Team In Attaining Sales Targets.
- Communicating With The Sales Team For Status Of Order And Position Of Sales As Well As Updating The Status Of Sales Order In The Database Or Computer.
- To Be Responsible For Accurate And Timely Issue Of Quotations And Proforma Invoices To Our Customers As Required.
- Send The Work Order Status As On Date To Concerned Department- Production/Purchase/Qc
- Send Request For Payment Status As Information Received From Customer To Arrange For Dispatch
- Send The Status Of Instruments Ready For Dispatch To Accounts/ Customer Support/Hod
- Send The Proforma Invoice To The Accounts Department As Per Instructions From Po Terms
- Review Of Po Received
- Communicate With The Customer Regarding Tech. Spec. Payment Terms
- Entries In Sales Process File To Generate Work Order No.Handling Telephonic/Email Enquiries Direct Or From Hod
- Preparation Of Quotation And Follow Up
- To Process Inquires Received By Various Sources In Relation To Company Business
- Preparing Monthly, Weekly Or Daily Sales Analysis Reports.
- Promoting The Facilities Of The Organisation To Fresh And Existing Customers Through A Proactive Approach.
- Coordinating And Responding To All The Customer’S Queries.
- To Communicate To The Supplier Or Customer Regarding Any Query.
- Follow Up With Customers For The Payment, Pending C-Forms And To Update The Files In Excels For Same
- To Maintain And Communicate The Status Of Repair Work Order.
- To Communicate With Suppliers Regarding The Payment By Telephone Or Email.
- To Keep The Record Of Payments Made By Cheques In Outward Register/ Cheque Register.
- To Maintain Export Details In Ms. Excel.
- Maintaining An Efficient Work Environment.
