Job Description
- To maintain and update student's attendance register on a daily basis.
- To send requisition for teaching materials to the respective departments.
- To maintain records of the course materials.
- To video shoot, burn and distribute presentation CD to students.
- To check e-mails regularly and update the format folders.
- To maintain latest teaching learning resources on the classroom systems and check systems.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- To coordinate with the Sr. Counselor/ Counselor and Training. Coordinator for center related work.
- To update accounts report daily.
- To order stationery etc from the Accounts department.
- To collect Fees as per the guidelines.
- To maintain Records of Students and Academic related documents.
- Counselling and Handling Walk ins & Promotion of various tests admissions etc and tracking data and also give feedback on that.
- Telephone calls / Email Handling
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Tie-ups with the Foreign Universities & Colleges.
