· Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
· Smooth running of all other assets like Phone, Water, Electricity, Air Conditioning, EPBX system etc.
· Taking care of first-aid requirement.
· Need to go out for office work.
· Maintains stock list and other list re to office work as an when required.
- Should have good knowledge of negotiation for any materials related to office
