Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the business operations.
- They will manage communication and administrative work. Additionally, this individual will organize reports and documents to ensure smooth operations management.

- Full management of senior management correspondence; liaising with relevant stakeholders whenever required
- Manage weekly update meetings and discussion with senior management's.
- Infrastructure Management
- Assist Senior Management in their day to day tasks to effectively manage business operations
- Inventory tracking and management
- General office management stationery, supplies, provisions
- Ensuring that basic facilities of the organization are well maintained
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Overseeing renovations or refurbishments and vendor management
- Other admin and operations activities
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
- Experience in an administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in high intensity, fast-paced environment
- Team working ability
