Admin executive/ Receptionist Jobs in Mumbai - Prabhat Telecom India Ltd
Job Description
- Handling Incoming and Outgoing Calls. Attending calls and transferring them to the concerned departments.
- Coordinates all incoming and outgoing couriers and mail, as well as the distribution of parcels,courier.
- Maintaining call log records
- Checking inward and outward register for regular updating .
- Maintain visitors ID cards and their issuance records
- Ensure availability of reliever while leaving the reception during working hours.
- Convey messages of calls to employees during their absence.
- Attend visitors and extend hospitality
- Maintain decorum and discipline at the front desk.
Other Administrative assistance as may be required from time to time
