Job Description

Attending incoming calls.
Ensuring that all the incoming calls are attended by greeting the person (good morning, good afternoon, good evening) and with courtesy.
Ensuring that all the incoming calls are passed to the respective employees after asking the basic questions: Name, where is he calling from, and the purpose of the call (if required).
Ensuring that no strangers like credit card co. people or headhunters are able to speak to our employees, by calling at the board line.
Passing on the doubtful calls to HR / Director.
Incoming and outgoing Courier, fax.
Ensuring that all the visitors are attended with courtesy and are directed to respective people in the company.
Ensuring all the invitees / guests are also asked for Tea/coffee, water.
Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized.
Being presentable and organized.
Maintaining the attendance register adding, deleting names, marking holidays, marking absenteeism of employees.
Maintaining the birthday list, and provide the list to HR, ordering the cake in one - two day advance for birthdays, special occasions.
Calling pending calls (not reachable etc.. for HR), helping in arranging interviews.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Handling EPABX system.
All admin & purchases.
Keeping inventory on monthly basis of all the office items.
Staff Id, issuing visitor badges.
Taking care of Admin responsibilities and Office management.
