Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all office activities.
Administer salaries and determine leave entitlements.
Prepare estimates of expenditure, maintain budgetary and inventory controls and make recommendations to management.
Provide secretarial or executive services.
Recruiting, selecting and training new employees, whist simultaneously maintaining the current employees through coaching ad counseling.
Manage and maintain the filing system that has been implemented into the organization
Clerical duties that involve the ordering of equipment, office supplies and other inventories that are required
To be able to work under pressure when given a task that is of vital importance to the organization
Maintains work-flow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record keeping systems and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
Generating bills and Doing payment follow-up.
Handling visitors and cash handling.
