Job Description:
- Should have at least 2-3 years ofexperience in Recruitment in an International BPO or a Consultancy.
- Should have conducted regular interviews for all profiles (Operations and Back Office) for past 1 consecutive year.
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc
- Strong decision-making skills
- Candidate having team leader/ training/managerial experience preferred.
- Any Graduate/ MBA HR preferred.
- Excellent communication in English is a must without any MTI.
- Candidate should be proactive to handle a team and help in talent acquisition.
- Transport provided.
- Complimentary lunch/dinner.
- General shift: 10:30 am -7:30 pm (Sometimes required to be flexible with rotational shift)
- For any rotational shift free pick and drop will be provided.
