Job Description
Responsibility :
- Vendor Management
- Procuring & maintaining office utilities
- Managing issues related to office premises, government bodies by acting as a Liaison Officer of the company.
- Overseeing & ensuring accurate file management.
- Any other work assigned by HOD / Directors.
- Any graduate
- Only Male Candidates
- Welcoming & attending guests
- Handling the EPBX and transferring calls to the respective departments
- Maintaining records & distribution of inward and outward courier
- Communication & coordination with other Department.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
