Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a self-starter and high energy Admin cum Human Resources Specialist who will be responsible for managing administrative activities for India with managing recruiting strategies in order to identify, assess and attract qualified candidates for our various operations for India.

Responsibilities:
- Taking lead on recruitment for new roles for India. Supporting hiring manager in completing hiring process.
- New employee on boarding administration, including contact list, HRIS management etc
- New employee laptop and mail account application
- Responsible for all office admin work, including name card, telephone application, Office equipment, drink water, tea / coffee, snacks purchasing, office cleaning and so on
- Org chart, contact list and bulletin board update
- Manage attendance record and termination process
- Employee team building events arrangement and organization
- Assistant for Interview/Hiring
- Office branding arrangement guided by marketing team
- Other jobs assigned by HRBP
- Visitor arrangement, including hotel, car and driver pick up, train and air ticker (except for VP and high executive level)

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum a bachelors degree with excellent spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- 2 years experience in a Multinational Company (MNC)
- Possess strong attention to details and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Well organized and able to prioritize work (handles multiple projects)
- Enjoys working in a team and accustomed to working in a complex MNC organization requiring collaboration with multiple functions/organizations
- Willing to work beyond defined job scope when such business needs arise from time to time
