Job Description
Candidate should be able to handle the following:
- Setup and manage installation and service schedule across all sites in Mumbai
- Maintain record of stocks (products/ inventory).
- Petty cash management for daily expenses.
- Conduct site visits to meet clients and coordinate paperwork for conducting installation and service activities.
- Invoicing via Quickbooks Online (software).
- Accounts Receivables- Payment follow-ups from clients over phone and email.
- General Admin related activities for smooth functioning of the office- appointment calendar, purchase, logistics, couriers etc.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Total work experience between 0 to 2 years
- Candidate should be hardworking
- Interested in field-work opportunities
- Good Hindi/English phone communication skills
- Candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Basic knowledge of Tally and/or Quickbooks Online would be preferred
- Open-minded to learn about sustainable business in the field of environment
