Job Description

- We are looking for an Administration and Operations Executive- a smart, hard-working, well-spoken and skilled administrator.
- Being a start-up, we expect to hire self-motivated people who can work independently with minimum supervision, and have a commitment to excellence.

- Ongoing tasks will include the following:
- Setup and manage installation and service schedule across all sites in Mumbai.
- Maintain the record of stocks (products/ inventory).
- Petty cash management for daily expenses.
- Conduct site visits to meet clients and coordinate paperwork for conducting installation and service activities.
- Invoicing via Quick books Online (software).
- Accounts Receivables- Payment follow-ups from clients over the phone and email.
- Online Report Generation- tracking online sales from e-commerce sites Amazon &Flip kart.
- General Admin related activities for the smooth functioning of the office- appointment calendar, purchase, logistics, couriers etc.
- Recent graduate/Bachelor's in Environment Studies, Ecology or Life Sciences(preference will be given to this educational background)
- Total work experience between 0 to 2 years.
- Candidate should be hardworking.
- Interested in fieldwork opportunities
- Good Hindi/English phone communication skills
- Candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Basic knowledge of Tally and/or Quick books Online would be preferred
- Open-minded to learn about sustainable business in the field of environment
