Job Description:
  • Handling day to day activities in co-ordination with internal / external departments for smooth execution of business operations.
  • Interacting with multiple organization, management and staff from different locations.
  • Making Purchase Order & sales Order.
  • Making Attendance sheet and keeping leave records.
  • Solving Customers problem on phone regarding the material.
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone calls & messages and fax messages.
  • Pick up and deliver the mail and all general correspondence.
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
  • Make preparations for Council and committee meetings.
  • Respond to public inquiries
  • Co-ordination with and briefing the HR.
  • Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system.
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
  • Maintains department office area in an organized and professional manner.
  • Coordinates activities, information meetings, and various training programs.
  • Provides administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials and various employee issues.
  • Implements and maintains filing system, both paper and computer.
  • Answers the telephone in a professional manner and assists internal guests with any questions, directions to the property,
  • Assists candidates to post their resume on line.
  • Assists the HR Director with the recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes and sends appropriate correspondence to all applicants in a timely manner.
  • Provides administrative support to the department.
  • Works closely with all the associates to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Arranging interviews and taking telephonic interviews.
  • Greet and assist visitors and the general public
