Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
· Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions.
· Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
· Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
· Should be responsible to assist Chairman & Managing Director Sir.
· Should be responsible to assist HR department.
· Should handle office Administration Activities and Front office management.
· To handle the tasks of routing outgoing and incoming telephone calls to the particular extensions.

Responsible for distributing regular mail, electronic mail and
other material along
with maintaining the co-ordination among internal as well as external
departments of the organization.
· Responsible for ordering, managing office supplies and for maintaining inventory.
· Responsible for supervising and updating office staff regarding procedures, policies or any update.
· Responsible for organizing conferences/meetings, record and prepare minutes of meetings.
· Responsible for arranging business tours for the employees/staff members and for making reservations for them.
· Responsible for compiling the data, statistics and other information to aid any kind of research activities.
Experience:
0-2 years
Required Qualification and Skills:
· Degree in any relevant field
· Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
· Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g.printers)
· Professional attitude and appearance
· Solid written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
· Excellent organizational skills
· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
· Customer service attitude
