Job Description
- Generation of correspondence - responding to emails
- Screening of calls & handling of queries
- File, copy, print and provide other ad hoc administrative support
- Co ordination with sales team
- PO and invoice processing
- C forms follow up.
- Payments follow up.
- Follow up with transporters for material Delivery
- Stock management.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 2-4 years of relevant administrative support experience.
- Possess excellent written & verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong sense of personal accountability and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with people (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Demonstrate customer orientation and sense of urgency to all deliverables
- Timing: 9;30 – 6 pm.
- Salary 18-20k (depends on interview)
- 6 days working – Sunday fixed off.
