Job Description
- An IT Solutions Provider startup company is inviting applications for a female Administrative Executive for a multi-functional role in assisting the management in core operations in IT Service based industry company providing services to international customers and opening it's offices in Hyderabad.
- Coordinating business operations related activities Assisting in corporate communications Preparing PowerPoint presentations on company's products and services.
- Schedule and arrange for visits by company officials to different locations for business development works.
- Attending official meetings in with Managing Director.
- Tracking financial transactions, receivable / payable.
- Prepare various MIS reports for analysing the performance of the company.
- Coordinating upkeep / maintenance of office infrastructure and equipment.
- Any Graduate or Post-Graduate
- Age - 22 - 28 years
- A Smart, well groomed woman with an outgoing personality, who loves the world of corporate business and can carry herself confidently in any situation.
- Presentable and with a good dress sense.
- Entrepreneurial and Dynamic by nature, with a 'Can-Do' attitude, who can act proactively and take ownership of tasks assigned.
- Well organised in planning and execution of tasks / projects.
- Analytical in approach with an ability to think through strategic and operation related issues.
- Comfortable in using computers / business application software.
- Well read and keen to learn continuouslyGood communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Well versed with computer and business application software like MS Office.
- Positive attitude and pleasing personality.
- Capable of and willing to travel for official works, attending meetings, presentations, promotional events in other cities/regions.Being a startup company, the individual should be ready to work on any assignments for the benefit of the company.
- Experience - 0 to 2 years in coordinating business operations / development(Previous experience in working with Software / IT Solution provider is preferred, though not essential)
- Salary: Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 30,000 Per Month.
- Note: This position is on contract basis for 6 months initially and will be extended based on the performance.
