Job Description
PROFILE OVERVIEW
- Working and coordinating with the entire team, handling day on day office activities, engaging in employee welfare activities, coordinating with the employees & management and updating them with the work progress on regular basis
- Preference: Male Candidate Only
- Hands on approach and good in Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Power point and Word
- Handling the manpower planning & recruitment activities like Short listing, Screening & Scheduling Interviews and maintaining the resume database
- Preparing & sending the manpower MIS including Recruitment / Resignations on a regular basis
- Responsible for organizing regular staff welfare activities
- Organize meetings and other ad-hoc requirements (including bookings, arranging refreshments, etc)
- Organize and priorities commitments of the team, enabling them to work efficiently and effectively
- Act as a central point of reference for internal and external queries, ensuring that messages are recorded and reported on in a timely manner, including contact with staff and managers
- Grievance handling of employees and also support taking disciplinary action whenever required
- Support in Policy & Process formulation & implementation
- Responsible for General Office Administration like recreation arrangements, courier management, housekeeping, printing, management of bills from vendors, daily activities, Maintenance of files, Audit of personal files etc.
- Assist the team in implementing and maintaining relevant admin systems to support the HR operations
- Handling Time Office and maintenance of attendance & leave records
- Ensure all HR processes are as per requirements
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
- Experience in office management
- Good written and spoken English and presentation skills
- Experience and ability to use MS Office word, excel and powerpoint, outlook, etc
- Confident personality
- Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and constructive approach
- Able to exercise discretion, high levels of initiative and independent decision
- Ability to prioritize own workload and work to tight timescales & deadlines
- Ability to deal with a wide range of public and private qualities/attributes
- Ability to work with and engage staff at all levels within the organization
- Able to remain positive and constructive under pressure
- Ability to use own initiative and make decisions within sphere of work and knowledge
- Flexible to travel locally to different locations on required basis
- Flexible approach to working hours
